The great pyrenees, known in france as le chien de montagne. He is half great pyrenees and half bernese mountain dog and he was born in. They are believed to be related to the other sheepdogs from asia and europe, like the maremma and akbash. I'd even go as far as to say, one dog that works as a mix of farm/family/pasture dog might satisfy.
